The state of the nation address is held yearly. It was 23rd of July when President Duterte delivered his speech. It was short yet direct to the point no laughter or curses were made. It was even enough for all Filipinos. It was accurate enough that many filipino reacted immidiately.

President duterte talked about human right, rehabilitation of boracay and new proposed law. Lets first talk about human right. The main issue here is all about war on drugs. People get killed because of drugs but its not good that people get killed because of that. Second the rehabilitation of boracay. We all know that boracay is closed because of iresponsible people throwing their waste at the shore. People who do that should pay or get arrested because they are destroying boracay. And last the new proposed law, i dont know anything about that but if it benefits our country i will have full support to it.

President duterte is rude sometimes but he is one of the best leader here in the philippines. When he became the president lots of things improved.

What is nutrition ? nutrition tells how healthy a person is, nutrition is how our body fight germs and diseases and nutrition tells whether a person is obese or not.   Nutrition month is celebrated to tell us that proper nutrition is very important to us, it wants to tell us to have a healthy life style to prevent diseases. I t want to tell us that fruits and vegetables wont harm people because most people hates fruits and vegetable, because they know that it has a very awful taste. Nutrition month is celebrated to let us know that it is not late to have a healthy lifestyle. It want to tell us to prevent eating unhealthy foods and eat fruits and vegetables, proper diet is also a must because when you are obese you have a chance to have a diseases like diabetes, heart attack, and asthma.

Wika natin, Wikang filipino

Filipino ang ating wikang pambansa. Ito'y ginagamit natim sa pakikipagtalastasan sa ating pang araw-araw na buhay. Ito'y minana pa natin sa ating mga ninuno. Huwag natin ikahiya ang ating wika dahil dito makikilala ka kung sino ka nga talaga at kung taga saan ka. Ginagamit natin ito para tayo ay mabuhay, ginagamit natin ito para tayo ay matuto, ginagamit natin ito para tayo ay may matutonan bawat araw na lumilipas. Wikang filipino huwag nating ikahiya dahil kung wala ito tayo'y hindi magkakaintindihan. Wikang filipino , wika natin ito.
