      What is  independence day to us ? a day that has no classes ?  just an ordinary holiday ? a day just to do nothing ? a day just to go to the beach ?  or is it the day that our ancestor freed us from the hands of the Spaniards?

Independence day is the day that our ancestor freed us from those who tried to conquer our beloved land. without our brave ancestors who sacrificed their lives we will be just be a slave. without our ancestors the suffering will never end.

Every 12th of June we celebrate independence day so that we can remember that it is the day that we are now free, free from those who tried to conquer us.

What is nutrition ? nutrition tells how healthy a person is, nutrition is how our body fight germs and diseases and nutrition tells whether a person is obese or not.   Nutrition month is celebrated to tell us that proper nutrition is very important to us, it wants to tell us to have a healthy life style to prevent diseases. I t want to tell us that fruits and vegetables wont harm people because most people hates fruits and vegetable, because they know that it has a very awful taste. Nutrition month is celebrated to let us know that it is not late to have a healthy lifestyle. It want to tell us to prevent eating unhealthy foods and eat fruits and vegetables, proper diet is also a must because when you are obese you have a chance to have a diseases like diabetes, heart attack, and asthma.

Wika natin, Wikang filipino

Filipino ang ating wikang pambansa. Ito'y ginagamit natim sa pakikipagtalastasan sa ating pang araw-araw na buhay. Ito'y minana pa natin sa ating mga ninuno. Huwag natin ikahiya ang ating wika dahil dito makikilala ka kung sino ka nga talaga at kung taga saan ka. Ginagamit natin ito para tayo ay mabuhay, ginagamit natin ito para tayo ay matuto, ginagamit natin ito para tayo ay may matutonan bawat araw na lumilipas. Wikang filipino huwag nating ikahiya dahil kung wala ito tayo'y hindi magkakaintindihan. Wikang filipino , wika natin ito.
